i learnt ALOT from all this losses. yeap. i dunno whether they're correct but i will decide them myself.. let me list them.

-DON swing hand when ball to high. DON EVEN SWING EM.

-Spiking. cannot usefull strength or miss cue easily.

-My left hand is getting stronger.

-Lose alr. cant cry.. [ i wont listen to that. crying make me feel better after that]

-Singing in bus don't really help

-Zi high jumps high [its diff to zi high cuz will no str soon, but useful]

-Team spirit is SERIOUSLY IMPORTANT. [ we don hab team spirit. ]

-Confidence to play is important. NoGuts= lose [ when ball in between ppl. DON SCARED JUZ SHOUT AND GO. whoever who scared de. u ownself noe. i no nid point out. wan argue till win? nvm u'll lose out sooner or later]

-Shouting Boosts your CONFIDENCE [SHOUT "LET GO!" DEN JUZ GO! DON NID SCARED! NO GHOSTS AROUND!]

-1st receive FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT SKILLS.. [EVERYONE must be good in it. i myself good also not enuf. other ppl ownself good. also not enuf. nid everyone]

-losing a setter can cost ur life [ no main setter. u cant set well. u cant spike. u cant win point. tats it]

-Flirt with girls. and u'll get injuries

-If the team don't play well. try ur best to support. if it doesnt work. ur heart noes u hab tried ur best.

-U play at ur best can alr. sooner someone will notice. if they did not notice. this means u're not up to the standard yet(or height)

-Does hard work ever pay off?

-Life still goes on. whether happy or sad. so why not continue be happy?

-Saying "Sorry" "My Fault". don't help. but ya makes the person who says it feel better. yep.

-I Neglected my pri sch frens when they ask mi go out [sorry]
-I Neglected my classmates when they ask mi go out too [sorry]
-I was selected for NOMAD as 1 of e characters. and i was pulled out of it [Miss Kong. i wanted to see u personally and tell u sorry cuz i cannot help out. i really liked drama.]
-I could not even help out in NOMAD alr [ i din even do a thing to help, thats why i'm sad]
-I attended EVERY TRAINING If possible.
-Circuit training i did it to the best i can. [yet. miss tan was angry as WHOLE team nagging how tiring it was.]
-I Neglected my relatives that asks me to go for oversea trips [sorry. we'll go at end of year?]
-I even trained my physical at home when i have the time.
-All my tuition. studies revision. I neglected them.Postponed them.Canceled them.Rescheduled them JUZ TO GO FOR MY TRAINING.

Out in Nationals in 1st round. [ONLY]
Our Bus ride alr very good.
ALL MY HARD WORK.Sweat. had gone to waste.
